DESCRIPTION
ENGINE SPECS: GM 350 Chevy Engine ….. complete rebuild with the following list of upgrades:
1). Engine Block – GM 3970010 (68-79) stamped 010; Large Journal , 4 Bolt Main, Two-Piece Rear Main Seal, Windage Tray & Baffle. Commonly used in 69-73 Four (4) Bolt Main Corvette motor w/high nickel and tin content.
2). Engine professionally machined at Maximim Automotive. Bored 0.030, Magnafluxed, Shot Peened, etc. Cylinder Heads completely machined at Gunn Automotive, Denver, Co.
3). Z-28 / LT-1 Factory Aluminum Intake Manifold (old stock).
4). ’69 Z-28 Cylinder Heads, 64cc; New Stainless Steel 2.02/1.60 Valves; All new Intake/Exhaust Springs installed w/ valve to piston clearance checked; Heads completely Match Ported, Pinned, Decked, Etc.. (New springs are compatible with the high lift Comp Cam).
5). Full-Float 10.5:1 TRW Forged Pistons and Hp Connecting Rods (drilled oil passages). Re-condition and peened. Full-float wrist pins
6). New Comp Camshaft – Comp CS NX268H-13 Specs: Intake valve lift .477, Exhaust .49 Duration @50 Intake 224, Exhaust 236
7). Comp Hydraulic Lifters SB-812-16 (Match Set).
8). Trick Flow Push Rods 5/16″ One-Piece (black – stamped Trick Flow).
9). Crankshaft Number: 3932442 Cast Iron, 10/10 stamped. w/Clevite Rod and Main Bearings.
10). 8″ HP Harmonic Balancer Part No. 3942538 (stamped damper back side); #2224 (stamped damper front side) Superceded Part No. 6272224
11). Fel-Pro Head Gaskets No. 7733 PT-2
12). Crank Bolt and Washer
13). Long Water Pump (standard-volume) GMB
14). Fuel Pump Cover Plate and Rod.
15). Z-28 Aluminum Valve Covers
16). True Cloyes Double Roller Timing gear set & Timing cover.
17). All new gasket set.
18). Chevy OEM Z-28 Oil Pan w/ Baffle. (orig. fits Z-28, Lt-1, L-82).
19). Original 650cfm Holley 4777 Double Pumper with Manual Choke – was used by GM Chevrolet in factory performance applications 1966-70. Old stock. Mechanically in good working order, but probably needs a gasket set. Carb has been sitting for some time.
20). Stainless Steel Hugger Header Exhaust Assembly. Heavy Duty. 2
