At HRT Auto Shop, we want you to feel confident when purchasing engines, transmissions, and OEM parts from us. Please review our return, cancellation, and replacement policies below.
Return Policy

We accept authorized returns within 10 business days from the date you receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), unless otherwise specified.

Returned items must be:

In their original condition
-
Unused, unmounted, unmodified, and undamaged

Shipped back with all components and packaging included in the original order

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Important: HRT Auto Shop is not responsible for installation or labor costs, towing fees, or additional repair expenses caused by the use of incorrect or defective parts. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the case of a warranty claim, an Engine Diagnostic Report from an ASE Certified Automotive facility is required. Warranty will be void if the part is improperly installed or returned with:

Missing or melted heat tabs

Signs of disassembly without written authorization
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong or damaged part:

Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Repackage the item in its original packaging.

Contact our customer care team within 10 business days for assistance.
Do not return items before receiving an RMA number. Warranty for damaged or incorrect parts is void after 10 business days, regardless of fault.
HRT Auto Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims for such incidents must be filed with the shipping carrier, but we will assist you with the process.
How to Request a Return (RMA Procedure)
To obtain an RMA number, please contact us by phone, live chat, or email. You will need to provide:

Once your request is approved, we will send you the RMA number and return shipping instructions via email. The RMA number must be included with your shipment to ensure proper tracking and processing.
Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 24–72 business hours after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Debit and credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before confirmation (via email or phone).

Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed within 24 hours. After this point, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Instead, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.

All cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are shipped only after the return of the original part.

Products must be securely packaged and returned in original condition.

If your part is replaced with another unit, it is considered a repair of the original purchase.

The original warranty period, installation date, and mileage remain in effect for the replacement part.
