Shipping & Delivery Policy

At HRT Auto Shop, we take pride in ensuring that your order is handled with care and delivered as quickly as possible. The following shipping and delivery policy outlines how we process and ship orders, estimated timeframes, and what to do in case of delivery issues.


Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

The shipping or delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and depend on several factors, including:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Carrier transit times

We are committed to keeping you informed with updates as they become available and to delivering the parts you need in the fastest time possible.

  • Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

  • We do not process or deliver packages on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping costs and labor charges are not covered under our policy.


Order Processing & Delivery

  • Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours after the customer confirms the order (including approval of part images we provide).

  • Delivery or transit times vary based on package size and location. On average, packages are delivered within 8–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the shipment leaves our warehouse.


Damaged Shipments

We recommend that all customers inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery for any signs of damage, missing items, or incorrect parts. While our warehouses take every precaution to prevent shipping damage, issues can still occur.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect part:

  1. Contact us immediately before attempting a return.

  2. Do not return any items without obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  3. Claims for damaged or incorrect parts must be filed within 7 business days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe will void any warranty or replacement eligibility.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All such claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier, but we will gladly assist you in filing a claim.


Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped under FOB (Free on Board) shipping point terms, which means:

  • The risk of loss, title, and responsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer once the carrier accepts the shipment.

  • HRT Auto Shop is not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been accepted by the carrier.

If your order is not received within two (2) business days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. All claims must be filed within seven (7) days of the shipment date to be eligible for review.
